Raj Kosuri
Chief Executive Officer & Chief Technology Officer

Raj Kosuri serves as our CEO & CTO. Raj received his M.S. from Columbia University and currently works out of our Sterling, VA office. Raj has developed EcomNets from the ground up into a viable and lucrative company offering competitive IT solutions over a spectrum of services. He has gathered over 12 years experience in the following disciplines: Green Computing, Business Process Implementation, ERPs, Enterprise Computing, Web services, SOX, IT Governance and Enterprise Dashboards and all facets of product development.

Mr. Kosuri is the author of several professional whitepapers and publications. His most recent work, Best Practices for Business Rules Integration, was published in 2006.

Terell Jones
Practice Director, Infrastructure Solutions

Terell Jones is Director of Infrastructure of EcomNets Infrastructure Practice and Marketing which is responsible for working with customers and partners, as well as across the company to develop and support EcomNets Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) and Capabilities. Mr. Jones has overall responsibility for pre-sales engineering, solutions and capabilities development, partner management and corporate marketing. The EIS teams develop the solutions capabilities, pairing the right engineering with the best partners to support them.

Mr. Jones brings over 15 years of managerial experience in sales and information technology areas. For the last year, he has been training for the LEED Certification and is part of the working group setting the standard for Green IT (GBMM). Mr. Jones leads the Green IT Solutions Team at EcomNets where he grew and strengthened EcomNet’s strategic partnerships with VMware, EMC, and Cisco.

Michael Holland
Practice Director, Microsoft Solutions

Michael Holland is president of Management Advisory Systems, Corporation, an independent professional consulting firm serving a wide range of domestic and international clients, which he founded in 1993 with a group of former "Big Six" managers and industry experts. He has managed and participated in hundreds of business-based technology projects over the past twenty years. Mr. Holland has worked for Arthur Andersen and PriceWaterhouse/Coopers as a project manager and practice director supervising projects ranging from multinational, enterprise-wide systems projects to mid-size organizational reorganizations. Michael coauthored the "Guide to PC-Based Software for the Manufacturing Industry & Requirements Analyst." In addition, he developed and taught seminars for more than a thousand participants regarding the methodology for selecting and implementing business and technology infrastructure solutions, e-commerce and Web-based solutions.
